Fathers Supporting Daughters affirms the crucial role of fathers in girl’s lives and explores how dads can support their daughter's evolution into cyclical life at menarche (the start of her periods) and in the early years of her menstrual cycle life. Fathers have a special and important role to play as their daughters metamorphose from little girls through puberty to menstruating and fertile young women. Are you ready? Are you overwhelmed? Or are you sailing through? Held at a beautiful outdoor location near Totnes on Sunday 17th March. This workshop is open to all men that are involved with supporting pre-teen and teen girls - we welcome bonus-dads, stepdads, uncles, grandfathers, youth workers and teachers. You are also welcome if you are a dad of boys but would like to understand the transformation that girls go through - it will make your life easier if your sons bring girl friends home when they get older! More info and booking here. To hear more about the father-daughter bonding day in June, plus other events for Dads, please join us over in this WhatsApp group.
