Rooted 2024
The Nesting project welcomes you to our very special, creative and powerful course - Rooted.
This is a course for women
- who lacked positive mothering experience while growing up.
- who wish to creatively explore and manifest a loving inner guidance that supports them at all times.
- who wish to develop an authentic and joyful relationship with the natural world.
- who wish to create strong boundaries and empowering beliefs.
- who wish to create an inner well of self mothering as a resource, enabling them to come forward into the world and shine.
On this course we will be using embodied, creative and sensory based invitations in partnership with nature & her elements to support your exploration and personal expansion.
Structure
We meet in person for 4 weekends. 3 non residential and the final one residential.
In between these gatherings we meet online to share our achievements/discoveries/ journeys/ offer support as we walk this path together / building our nests and growing into our wings.
At the end of this course you shall have a unique manual both embodied and crafted. Full of wisdom and self care practices, along with the totems and rituals we have created together over the course.
You will also have an ongoing support circle of wyse women who have witnessed each other throughout this journey of birthing a new inner mother….Cheering you on as you soar out into this world on strong wings, singing your unique heart’s song, from a deeply rooted and resourced nest.
Emma and Bell are mature women, Artists, Spiritual Guides and Teachers with decades of personal growth, spiritual development, learning and facilitating experience.
The course starts on 2nd May with an online introduction and runs until 29th September.
